Get Fit in 30: Day 1

{Day 1: 20 Minutes Up Stairs or a Hill}

Is everyone as pumped as I am! Day 1 take 20 minutes to walk...up stairs or up a hill.  It's pretty simple and I plan to do my workout after work today. 

Do you all plan to participate?  I would love to hear your thoughts...

Heads Up: Tomorrow nothing but fruit!
