Must Haves: 4 Apps to Download

So after doing some research  in preparation for my 2012 list of things I said I was going to do in 2011 but failed to do it.  I came a across several apps for my phone that I thought would help me stick to my 2012 goals. I hope you to can find them helpful

1)  Lose It - Is the most complete and streamlined weight loss application for the iPhone, Android or on the web.
